Celia and Anne Marie have known each other since they were just 4 years old. They grew up in the same neighbourhood, went to the same schools and recently found out that they even had similar stories about a certain neighbourhood bully. They laugh about it now, so don’t worry! As they grew up, they went separate ways to focus on their studies and careers and it was only in 2021 that their paths crossed once again. Their connection through spirituality and laughter was instant as was the mutual recognition of the other’s mastery in their respective fields.

In awe of each others’ capabilities and trusting the solid foundation of their friendship, they decided it was time to become a power couple and to combine their techniques, skills and knowledge to offer a new kind of healing to the world – one where the blend of scientific and spiritual techniques could offer even more potent tools for individual and collective transformation and healing.
And this is how Spirit of Surrender came to be.

When your identity is built around giving, you naturally attract those who are built to take. Takers are drawn to givers because they sense the availability and the readiness to overextend, to accommodate, to rescue. And if your giving comes from a need to feel valuable or safe, you’ll likely keep giving long after it’s healthy. This practice video invites you to let go of the need to overextend so you can help from a place of non-attachment. You can repeat the practice as many times as you need.

This year, we’ve run a range of workshops in our own unique style. One of our favourite – Secrets of the Sacral Chakra – was a space dedicated to women and their lineage, to connecting with the goddess within and to reclaiming gifts from the mother lineage.
